A GREAT WIN FOR FRANCESCO LASCA OF CAJA RURAL AS HE TAKES STAGE 2 AT THE TOUR OF PORTUGAL 2012

A great win for Francesco Lasca of Caja Rural as he takes stage 2 at the Tour of Portugal on the third day of the 74th Tour of Portugal in the final sprint Italian Francesco Lasca won the second stage of the prestigious competition.

"There was a difficult climb in the later stages, the team did an excellent job and contribute to the detachment, this gave me a good opportunity for top spot and a good sprint in the last 150 meters," said Francesco Lasca.

This is the second victory for the young athlete 24 years in his first season as a professional.
